Un livre de plus de 500 pages, les recettes (plus de 200) sont bien expliquées avec une photo à chaque fois.Il permet de faire un tour de France sur les spécialités de chaque région y compris en Outre-Mer.Il y en a pour tous les goûts : entrées, plats ou desserts allant de la recette facile avec peu de temps de cuisson à la recette plus élaborée avec un long temps de cuisson et plein d'ingrédients.Le plupart des recettes expliquées sont pour 6 à 8 personnes et sont bien détaillées.Le lexique à la fin permet d'effectuer une recherche par ingrédient ou par plat.

Petit cadeau de fin d'année, ce livre est une réussite. Des recettes permettant de varier les repas mais également de prendre plaisir à les préparer et les partager. Toutes les régions sont bien illustrées. Je regrette de ne pas avoir pris de photos pour l'indiquer plus précisément. Petit bémol, si vous le désirez, n'oubliez pas de cacher le prix inscrit au dos du livre.! C'est le seul point qui pourrait être gênant mais rien de grave compte tenu de la qualité de l'ouvrage.

Livre très bien construit, les recettes sont typiques et excellentes, et les illustrations réussies.J'ai offert ce livre à une de mes élèves, cuisinière passionnée, elle est emballée. Je recommande vivement ce produit!

Sean Thrower's new book covers The Segovia Scales and provides a more simplistic approach to them. I like the diagrams with the fingerings and the useful tips for methods to practice the scales, such as breaking the scales into small sections. Thrower's book makes the scales appear less daunting than does the original publication of the scales. Once the guitarist realizes there are only 8 scale formations to learn, it makes learning the scales more manageable.Great job, Sean.

I like this book. I have the Segovia diatonic scales but never understood them really. This is very helpful. It shows basic scales covering the different keys and guides you through each one. It includes diagrams of finger patterns up and down scales with shift points. Includes circle of fifths. Now, I just have to do the work....

As a member of the BMW team, Prof. Weber has worked in Process Consulting, Experimental Vehicle Build, as Manager of Purchasing Strategy and Innovation Management North America located in Spartanburg, South Carolina, and in different management positions in the development division for Electrics/Electronics and Driver Environment. He is an Adjunct Associate Professor at Clemson University - International Campus for Automotive Research (CU-ICAR), where he lectures graduate courses in Automotive Development Processes.
